This topic sounds a little funny, but this is a fact. This reflects cruel side of life. The work of Headhunters is to recommend job for others. Headhunters are unemployed; you can imagine unemployment crisis is so cruel.

Economic crisis causes unemployment crisis. The recruit demand of companies reduces, and then causes the business of head-hunting company to reduce. The economic crisis lets people feel cold.

I think this is a process of survival of the fittest. The strong headhunters will survive.
