Overcome the Angry Mood of Unemployment

You became angry because of you was unemployed. Perhaps your boss dismissed you by unpleasant method. So you have a reason to feel angry. However, if you let anger run its course, it will become the flame in your body. The flame will destroy you instead of its enemy. Furthermore, the anger will turn into dejected mood after a period of time.

How to overcome the angry mood of unemployment?

Method 1: Tell your anger to somebody! This person should be an understanding and compassionate good audience. He can be your partner, colleague, friend or psychologist.

Method 2: If you still feel angry, you want to beat up somebody (Maybe your employer appears in your mind). I advise you not to do that. Beat up pillow or mattress, whack!
