If you strove for a lot of years and got a high-ranking position in a big company, then unemployment is just like a bullet, it can smash your backbone in a flash.
Middle-aged man's energy and physical strength can't compare with young people. Furthermore, Middle-aged man has wife and child. The unemployment will let them feel hopeless, pessimistic and disappointed. They lost the confidence of looking for a new job.
I propose middle-aged men establish the crisis awareness. Face up to the unemployment with the positive attitude. Even if suffer a serious defeat, still strive. Enrich self knowledge and skill.
