Your mood is very bad because of you were fired. You think you have no ability. You think ceaselessly those wrong things which you did. The unemployment makes you depressed.
I advise you to adjust the mood of unemployment:
1: Remember such a simple truth: You have the ability to change your situation.
2: Study how to think question in new way.
3. Think about the things which you like doing. Let the unemployment period become the period of spirit renewal.
4. Put attention on those happy things.
5: Don't stay alone all day. It takes time to chat with your friends, or go for a drive with your lover in the countryside, do exercises, take a walk, sing, listen to music...
